This policy explains what Hotca does with the information you send. In short: we use it to reply to you, nothing else.
What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. When you email contact@trusthotca.com, we receive your message and the details that come with it, such as your name and email address.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to read your message, reply to you and, if it leads somewhere, discuss a partnership, an acquisition or an introduction. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list.
Services that handle data for this site
- Cloudflare hosts the website and forwards email sent to contact@trusthotca.com. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to talk with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep what is needed for that work and for our records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@trusthotca.com and we will do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
